District Coordinator Responsibilities
District participation is required in order for students from that district to participate in the competition. To be an eligible district, you must submit contact information for a District Tech Competition Coordinator. The responsibilities of the Tech Competition Coordinator are as follows:

- Coordinate an event for your district to determine eligible projects
- Promote the Tech Competition within your district
- Recruit the required number of judges/volunteers for the regional event
- Pass along email communications to the students at the school(s)
- Facilitate payment of the invoice for your school(s) once registration closes
- Enter student registrations for all qualifying students from your district
- Engage with local businesses to obtain sponsorship opportunities

1 - 4 projects (1 judge)
5 - 11 projects (2 judges)
12 - 18 projects (3 judges)
18 - 24 projects (4 judges)
25 - 32 projects (5 judges)
23 - 39 projects (6 judges)
40 - 47 projects (7 judges)
48 - 55 projects (8 judges)
